Kodium is an AI-powered code generation platform that helps users create React components and web applications. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate code based on user prompts and requirements.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
4. Credits and Payments
- New users receive 20 free credits upon registration
- Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Unused credits do not expire
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate malicious code, malware, or code intended to harm systems
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the Service
- Resell or redistribute generated code as an automated service
6. Intellectual Property
Code generated by the Service is provided for your use. You retain ownership of your prompts and any original content you provide. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kodium and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated code will be error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before use in production.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kodium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
